okay this gonna be one of thosesad kinda post. if you dont wish to hear it u can leave now. =) anyway before i start. gonna dedicate this song to my any of friends who is going through a rough time with relationships or anything like that. Heartless - Kanye West now thats done gonna talk bout 2 things nothing new if u know me deep enough. but if you dont well maybe this will enlighten you this is just kinda like an awarness in case any of you still dont understand the disorder that this people go through. Major depressive disorderDepressed people may be preoccupied with, or ruminate over, thoughts and feelings of worthlessness, inappropriate guilt or regret, helplessness or hopelessness.Other symptoms include poor concentration and memory, withdrawal from social situations and activities and thoughts of death or suicide. Insomnia is common: in the typical pattern, a person wakes very early and is unable to get back to sleep. Appetite often decreases, with resulting weight loss, although increased appetite and weight gain occasionally occur. Self-injurySelf-injury (SI) or self-harm (SH) is deliberate injury inflicted by a person upon their own body without suicidal intent. Some scholars use more technical definitions related to specific aspects of this behaviour. These acts may be aimed at relieving otherwise unbearable emotions, and/or sensations of unreality and numbness. Self harmers are often mistaken as suicidal, but in the majority of cases this is inaccurate. A common belief regarding self-injury is that it is an attention-seeking behaviour; however, in most cases, this is inaccurate. Many self-injurers are very self-conscious of their wounds and scars and feel guilty about their behaviour leading them to go to great lengths to conceal their behaviour from others. They may offer alternative explanations for their injuries, or conceal their scars with clothing. The person who self-injures is not usually seeking to end his or her own life; it has been suggested instead that he or she is using self-injury as a coping mechanism to relieve emotional pain or discomfort.alright thats all for now. good day. =) |
