Wild Wild Sarawak 2008
Its been a great 7 days and im glad that im back.
I'll try to explain breifly what are the things.
We did the pass few days.
At least the things that i can remember ah.
Day 0
Met up with ayul before heading up to HPL.
We were to wait till around 3am before,
We leave for Johor Senai airport.
Day 1
Reached senai airport at apporximately,
Around 4am in which we check-in,
Our luggage and had breakfast.
The flight was at 0745 and we landed at,
Sarawak at around 0900.
We met up with Malcom and Jungle Boy.
And was brought on a tour around Kuching town.
We were to spend the night at Camp El.
Later that evening, Chi'en pronuced as Shane,
Brought us on a night walk on a trail,
In which he showed us some insects and frogs.
When we were done with the trail,
We headed back to our cabins.
Day 2
Left Camp El in the morning and headed to,
Kampung Peros where we were to have a homestay.
Hafiz, Rizal, Ayul and myself stayed in one house.
We were offered this drink called "tuak",
In which it was actually ginger ale, which mean,
That theres alcohol, i didnt drink mine coze,
I heard him said ale while the other 3 didnt,
Plus it smelled funny and didnt look nice.
We headed to batman cave after that to do our,
Rock-Climbing and Abseiling in which i must say,
Abseiling turn out to be more fun coze we had,
To abseil down a 60 m wall and i kinda got a,
Burn on my neck after the belay device kissed my neck.
Looks like a birthmark or some kinda love bite.bahaha
Later that night the villages had a small camp fire cum,
Barbeque and some performance.
This guy was having to much fun.hahaha
Day 3
We woke up late coze were too tired.
But manage to catch up with the group and headed to,
Bako National park in which we had to take a boat there.
We were suppose to walk on the beach because it was low tide.
And i tell you this the sand was so soft and smooth it felt like.
Sooooo nice and i was melting under my feet. hahaha
Okay back to the hike. Half way up we were some how,
Its been a great 7 days and im glad that im back.

we headed furthur down till we reach the waterfall.
After a cool and relaxing bath we headed back to the jetty and.
Day 4
We left the resort at around 0730hrs and me Chi'en, malcolm and jungle boy,
At the foot of the Mount. Santubong.
It took us a long 3 and a half hours to reach the top.
After a cool and relaxing bath we headed back to the jetty and.
Were brought to Permai Beach resort where we were to spend the,
Next 2 nights.Day 4
We left the resort at around 0730hrs and me Chi'en, malcolm and jungle boy,
At the foot of the Mount. Santubong.
It took us a long 3 and a half hours to reach the top.
I was the second one up while Chi'en was first.
the rest reached about 5 to 10mins after me.

We had our lunch at the peak of the mountain.
And then headed back down after that.
Strangely it took us longer to come down.
A longer 4 to 4 and a hlaf hours
For some of them.
And yet again i reached the foot of the mountain.
Second and alone again. Met Malcolm and Eunice,
At the foot of the mountain and waited for the rest.
It took the group that came after me 20 mins to 30mins.
Before they reached the foot of the mountain.
Later that night the boys wanted to play a prank.
But failed and ended up going to the beach.
To walk by the low tide and see the stars at night.
It was a perfect night in which we wish.
Our loved ones were beside us at that moment.
It was just so wonderful and beautiful.
Day 5
It was our last nite in sarawak
We left Permai and headed back to kuching town.
And stayed a Fairview Guest house which was a,
Cool but old mansion. Had a scary feel to it.
It was the day to have shopping and we were,
Each given RM50 to buy things on top of our own,
Budget but it seems that we were given too little time.
And ended up bying very little stuff as we had to.
Attend dinner with jungle boy and his family ( Malcolm and Eunice)
And when we were done we headed to SOHO to club.
But the place was to small and cramp so most of us headed.
Back to the guest house and had a sharing session and by then.
It was 4am in the morning.
Day 6
We manage to grab what ever sleep we could.
And woke up early to leave for the airport.
And our flight was at 0745 in the morning if im not wrong.
And then things all fall into place.
Came back to singapore and all.
Conclusion
It was a great trip.
With wonderful memories.
And i kinda have a mix feelings of coming back to singapore.
Wish i was still there coze the place was great.
But theres someone here that i miss so.
I guess thats a better reason to come back.
Okay im tired need to get some rest now.
Nites everyone.
And then headed back down after that.
